1. Course Enrollment:

a. By enrolling in our courses, you represent and warrant that all information provided during the enrollment process is accurate and complete.

2. Course Materials:

a. All course materials provided by WiseStart, including but not limited to presentations, videos, documents, and exercises, are the intellectual property of WiseStart and are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the course materials without prior written consent from WiseStart.

3. Payment:

a. Payment for training courses must be made in full prior to accessing the course materials, unless otherwise agreed upon by WiseStart.

b. All payments are non-refundable, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

4. Course Access:

a. Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the training course for the duration specified in the course description.

b. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection to access and participate in the training courses.

5. Conduct:

a. You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner when participating in our training courses.

b. You may not engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others while using our services.

6. Limitation of Liability:

a. WiseStart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our training services.

b. WiseStart’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the training course(s) in question.

7. Termination:

a. WiseStart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our training courses at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or disruptive behavior.

8. Amendments to Terms:

WiseStart reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

By using our training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
